The Mighty Gators
VMFA-142 is a United States Marine Corps F/A-18 attack squadron based at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Atlanta, GA. Currently the squadron is back at home in Dobbins after a 6 month deployment to Iraq.

Hope things are going well. We missed you on our Florida trip but we had a wonderful time! Except for when she was lost, looking for the next stop on our itenerary, I believe TRS, her Mom and the boys had a great time as well. To you and your fellow Marines... I say keep the faith, be safe and I wish you all continued success in your vitally important mission!

So glad to see your face! Hope you are taking care of yourself over there. We all miss you here and think of you often. Tommy had a huge grin on his face when I showed him this website. Hey Dwight the turn around is on. I got a $25 bonus in my check this past pay period. Of course lates rumor is we are taking another 10% pay cut in June and remodeling ourselves after Southwest. Funny thing is Southwest doesn't have maintenance so how can we model after someone who doesn't have what we have? Uh oh...thats not good. Take care of yourself and the guys over there.

Since we can't see your hands I wonder what that smile is all about..;) Hope you are all hanging tough over there and getting some good flying in. The 767 category is turning out to be pretty good. Nice trips and decent commutes. The hot rumor I heard the other day is DAL is thinking about getting rid of Maint/TOC and farming out everything or close to it. I hope there is an airline for you to come back to. Enjoy the pay raise while on ACDU. Fly safe!
